We require Business Verification Documents on all new accounts. The business name on the document must match the name the checks will be made payable to.

You can FAX any one of the following to our toll-free FAX number of 1-800-697-9997. You may also PDF the requested documents and email them to order@softwaresolutions.net. We require any ONE of the following:

Your Articles of Incorporation. If you are accepting donations by Vcheck, we also need to see your 501c or other Non-Profit status.

Or, a Federal or State Sales tax license.

Or, a State Tradename or DBA certificate. If available, we will also accept a copy of the business listing from your state's Secretary of State or BAR association website that confirms the status and registered agent of your business.

Your Vcheck account will be set up after we receive both your order AND the Business Verification Document.
